If your order is RTS, we will contact you once your order is returned to our distribution centre. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to Shop Infinity due to an undelivered address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Pre-sale items will require longer processing times. An order containing a pre-sale item will not be split and the full order will be sent once the pre-sale item ships.
Exclusive and/or Limited Edition/Limited Stock item(s) may require longer processing time(s). An order containing an item with a longer processing time will not be split. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays/public holidays). Processing time requires 3-7 days. Once the order is processed its up to Australia Post & DHL For International orders. Typical for Australian Orders its about a Maximum 2 week turn around from purchase to door step.
If an order is purchased from Friday afternoon and into the weekend your order will be processed on the next business day. Shipping time is based off the method selected by the customer at checkout. Shipping timelines do not apply to international orders.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All orders through Shop Infinity will be processed through pay-pal and will have the currency your purchasing from converted to Australian Dollar.
Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. Shop Infinity is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. We will always strive to keep prices competitive relevant to quality of product.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If Shop Infinity processed a refund and you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact your Bank or Credit Card Company to see if the refund is still pending. Currency exchanges may take longer than 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility
If you are approved, you will receive an email with a digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned, that can be used immediately.
Because we can’t ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back, we do not offer exchanges.
By processing a return through our Customer Support and sending your items back, you will receive store credit to make a future purchase.

Then we will organise a return. You will also notice in your parcel when received you have a free return slip. This will also be used in the process.
Once the order has been placed and has been marked as completed we can not do anything to change that. You must contact Australia Post or DHL for international orders to see if you can re route your parcel. This is NOT Shop Infinity’s Responsibility for you placing the wrong address, we are sorry.
If your order is still being processed we strongly recommend you contact us immediately before its to late to see if we can rectify it.
We cant change an order unfortunately. Once the order has arrived to your house/location you can contact us for a refund/store credit to purchase the item you wish to change the item with. The refund/store credit will be issued only when the item is received back to our depot and been inspected.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email your order number and request for the order to be cancelled to firstname.lastname@example.org
No Infinity is not a charity, we do what we do out of good will. We decided to make good use out of our profits on the community instead of our-self. Our happiness is fueled by the smile on your face and the thousands of other people we have made happy through doing what we do.
We Drop ship because our method of business requires us to be out of the office filming content for you guys which puts inconsistency on our orders and makes customers unhappy which we don’t want. We wanted our customers to be happy and being a small business we decided that using a drop shipping supplier to support local companies within Australia was the best option and also allowed our products to be consistent for you guys.
